Why entrepreneurs and business people? I've observed people with professional success to be honest with themselves in terms of radical self-assessment and analysis of successes and failures. Hearing those professional stories and then asking the guests to pivot that lens to their parenting experiences offers a depth of conversation that few people, particularly dads, get the opportunity to have regularly. There's lots of gold there and I want to unearth it.

 

As a dad, I want my children to be a positive contribution to humanity and I hope by initiating and sharing these conversations, I can be an example to them to that end.
